🍲 Egusi Soup

Ingredients
- 200g Egusi (melon seeds)
- 300g Beef
- 100g Leafy greens (or spinach)
- 1 Onion
- 3 EL Vegetable oil
- 500ml Chicken broth
- nach Geschmack Spices (Salt, Pepper, Chili powder)
- 2 Zehen Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and cook with onion and garlic.
- 2. Grind the egusi and mix with broth.
- 3. Add the egusi mixture to the meat soup and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Add leafy greens and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Season with spices and serve.
