Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 100 Spinach
- 50 Feta Cheese
- 50 Milk
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- 2. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add milk.
- 3. Chop spinach roughly and add to the egg mixture.
- 4. Crumble feta and add as well.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Pour mixture into muffin cups and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
