  2. 2. Drain rice and blend with water.
  3. 3. Add coconut milk, yeast, sugar, and salt, mix well and let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, crack an egg on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve on a plate while warm.
