Ingredients
- 1 Tasse Rice
- 1 Tasse Coconut Milk
- 1 TL Yeast
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Tasse Water
- 2 Eggs
- 1 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice overnight in water.
- 2. Drain rice and blend with water.
- 3. Add coconut milk, yeast, sugar, and salt, mix well and let rest for 30 minutes.
- 4. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, crack an egg on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve on a plate while warm.
