Ingredients
- 250g puff pastry
- 100g currants
- 50g sugar
- 30g butter
- 1tl cinnamon
- 1/4tl nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1tl vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Mix currants, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
- 2. Roll out pastry and place small portions of filling on it.
- 3. Fold pastry over filling and seal well.
- 4. Make small slits in the top, brush with egg.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
