Ingredients
- 250g Puff Pastry
- 50g Sugar
- 75g Raisins
- 50g butter
- 25g Nuts
- 1g Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- 1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles.
- 2. Mix sugar, raisins, nuts, and cinnamon.
- 3. Place filling in the center of pastry circles and seal.
- 4. Place on a baking tray and brush with egg wash.
- 5. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- 6. Let cool and serve.
