🌶️ Penne all'Arrabbiata with Smoked Paprika and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne pasta
- 2 Dosen (à 400 g) Canned tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Zehen Garlic
- 2 TL Chili flakes
- 150 g Goat cheese (fresh)
- 1 TL Smoked paprika (sweet)
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 Handvoll Basil (fresh)
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water generously. Cook the penne Al Dente according to package instructions.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and chili flakes.
- 3. Fry garlic and chili for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes and smoked paprika.
- 4. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and a pinch of sugar.
- 5. Add the drained pasta directly to the pan with the sauce. Mix everything well until the pasta is fully coated.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Crumble the goat cheese over the hot pasta and stir gently until it melts slightly.
- 7. Crush the fresh basil with your hands and place it over the pasta. Serve immediately.
