  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water generously. Cook the penne Al Dente according to package instructions.
  2. 2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and chili flakes.
  3. 3. Fry garlic and chili for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes and smoked paprika.
  4. 4. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and a pinch of sugar.
  5. 5. Add the drained pasta directly to the pan with the sauce. Mix everything well until the pasta is fully coated.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Crumble the goat cheese over the hot pasta and stir gently until it melts slightly.
  7. 7. Crush the fresh basil with your hands and place it over the pasta. Serve immediately.
