  5. 5. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Fry the onion strips slowly in the hot oil until golden brown.
  7. 7. Put the cheese, cream, butter, and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice into a small saucepan.
  8. 8. Melt the mixture while stirring.
  9. 9. Season the cheese cream with cayenne pepper.
  10. 10. Stir the pineapple pieces into the cheese cream.
  11. 11. Toast the bread slices.
  12. 12. Cut the toast slices diagonally in half.
  13. 13. Place the cheese-pineapple mixture on the toast slices.
  14. 14. Preheat the grill.
  15. 15. Broil the toast slices under the grill for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Fry the meat in the remaining oil on both sides.
