  6. 6. Put all ingredients except salt and sugar into a pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture in the pot to a boil.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to a medium setting.
  9. 9. Let the chutney simmer quietly for 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the salt and sugar.
  11. 11. Stir until the salt and sugar have completely dissolved.
