🍕 Onion-Potato Pizza

Ingredients
- 750 g starchy to firm-cooking potatoes
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp milk
- 150 g flour
- 1 large onion
- 60 g pickled anchovy fillets
- 100 g small black olives
- 60 g capers
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in plenty of salted water until tender, then peel and press them through a potato ricer while still warm. Let them cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 2. Mix the potatoes with 3 tablespoons of oil, milk, and flour using a wooden spoon to form a smooth dough. Spread it on a floured baking sheet and carefully roll it out.
- 3. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Rinse the anchovies under running water and chop them finely. Distribute the onion rings, anchovies, olives, and capers evenly over the pizza. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake for about 40 minutes.
