  2. 2. Place the zwieback (dry toast) into a freezer bag.
  3. 3. Crush the zwieback into small crumbs using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the zwieback crumbs into the hot milk.
  5. 5. Pick over the blueberries and remove any stems.
  6. 6. Rinse the berries gently if necessary and let them drain.
  7. 7. Stir the blueberries into the milk and zwieback mixture.
  8. 8. Blend the mixture briefly with a hand blender if desired.
  9. 9. Check the temperature of the meal.
  10. 10. Feed the baby.
