🍽️ Zwieback Brei with Blueberries

Ingredients
- 180 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 whole wheat bread sticks
- 80 g blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Heat the milk in a small pot.
- 2. Place the zwieback (dry toast) into a freezer bag.
- 3. Crush the zwieback into small crumbs using a rolling pin.
- 4. Sprinkle the zwieback crumbs into the hot milk.
- 5. Pick over the blueberries and remove any stems.
- 6. Rinse the berries gently if necessary and let them drain.
- 7. Stir the blueberries into the milk and zwieback mixture.
- 8. Blend the mixture briefly with a hand blender if desired.
- 9. Check the temperature of the meal.
- 10. Feed the baby.
