  7. 7. Add the lemon zest to the mixture.
  8. 8. Add the melted butter.
  9. 9. Knead the dough with the dough hook of the stand mixer until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  10. 10. Cover the bowl with a cloth.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
  12. 12. Wash the plums under running water.
  13. 13. Cut the plums open and remove the pits.
  14. 14. Halve the plum halves.
  15. 15. Quarter the plum pieces.
