  2. 2. Open the fruit along the cuts and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
  4. 4. Sift the flour into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Add the yeast-milk mixture, 70 grams of sugar, the egg, the egg yolk, salt, rum, and the soft butter to the flour.
  6. 6. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Shape the dough into a ball.
  8. 8. Lightly dust the ball with flour.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  11. 11. Knead the risen dough briefly again.
  12. 12. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  14. 14. Roll the dough out to the size of the baking tray.
