🍽️ Two delicious yogurt dips for you

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pepper (from the mill)
- borage flower (for garnishing)
- 250 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cucumbers
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- 4. Dice the cucumber flesh into small pieces.
- 5. Sprinkle the cubes with a little salt.
- 6. Let the cucumbers stand for about 15 minutes to release the water.
- 7. Peel the garlic clove.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Mix the yogurt with the garlic and lemon juice.
- 10. Drain the cucumber water.
- 11. Add the drained cucumbers to the yogurt mixture.
- 12. Season the tzatziki with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Mix the yogurt for the second dip with the crème fraîche.
- 14. Finely chop the chives.
- 15. Stir the chives into the yogurt-cream mixture.
- 16. Season this dip with salt and cayenne pepper.
- 17. Rinse the garden cucumbers.
- 18. Cut the garden cucumbers into quarters lengthwise.
- 19. Peel the salad cucumber into long strips using a peeler.
- 20. Slice or shred the salad cucumber strips into thin slices.
- 21. Store both dips in the refrigerator until serving.
- 22. Serve the two dips together with the cucumber strips.
