  3. 3. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  4. 4. Dice the cucumber flesh into small pieces.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the cubes with a little salt.
  6. 6. Let the cucumbers stand for about 15 minutes to release the water.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic clove.
  8. 8. Finely chop the garlic.
  9. 9. Mix the yogurt with the garlic and lemon juice.
  10. 10. Drain the cucumber water.
  11. 11. Add the drained cucumbers to the yogurt mixture.
  12. 12. Season the tzatziki with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Mix the yogurt for the second dip with the crème fraîche.
  14. 14. Finely chop the chives.
  15. 15. Stir the chives into the yogurt-cream mixture.
  16. 16. Season this dip with salt and cayenne pepper.
  17. 17. Rinse the garden cucumbers.
  18. 18. Cut the garden cucumbers into quarters lengthwise.
  19. 19. Peel the salad cucumber into long strips using a peeler.
  20. 20. Slice or shred the salad cucumber strips into thin slices.
