🍽️ Two Kinds of Fish Wraps

Ingredients
- 200 g Zander fillet
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 mango
- 50 g baby spinach
- 8 wheat tortillas
- 250 g sour cream
- 150 g smoked salmon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the zander fillet thoroughly, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and cut into flat, wide pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the fish for about 1 minute on each side. Then remove from the pan, season, and let cool.
- 2. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit, and cut into strips. Wash the spinach thoroughly and spin dry in a salad spinner.
- 3. Lay out the wheat tortillas on the work surface, spread with sour cream, and cover with spinach. Fill 4 tortillas with zander and mango, and top the remaining ones with smoked salmon. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut in half to serve.
