  2. 2. Remove the tough ends and strings from the snow peas.
  3. 3. Peel the onion.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Dice the onion into fine cubes.
  6. 6. Finely chop the garlic.
  7. 7. Heat the butter in a pan.
  8. 8. Add the snow peas to the hot pan.
  9. 9. Close the lid of the pan.
  10. 10. Simmer the snow peas for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the snow peas with salt.
  12. 12. Season the snow peas with pepper.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the sugar over the snow peas shortly before the end of the cooking time.
  14. 14. Wash the veal liver.
  15. 15. Pat the veal liver dry with kitchen paper.
  16. 16. Coat the veal liver in flour.
  17. 17. Shake off excess flour from the veal liver.
  18. 18. Heat the olive oil in a second pan.
  19. 19. Fry the veal liver slices for 2 to 3 minutes on one side.
  20. 20. Fry the veal liver slices for 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
  21. 21. Remove the fried liver slices from the pan.
  22. 22. Add the onion cubes to the pan.
  23. 23. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
  24. 24. Sauté the onions and garlic briefly.
  25. 25. Deglaze the pan juices with Marsala wine.
  26. 26. Slice the veal liver.
  27. 27. Serve the liver slices together with the snow peas and the sauce from the pan.
  28. 28. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the snow peas.
