  7. 7. Mix the sugar with cinnamon and grated nutmeg.
  8. 8. Place the spice mixture into a blender.
  9. 9. Blend the ingredients once or twice briefly.
  10. 10. Stir the clove spices into the mixture.
  11. 11. Transfer the spiced sugar into a clean jar.
  12. 12. Seal the jar tightly.
  13. 13. Let the sugar stand for a few days.
  14. 14. Rinse the orange under hot water.
