  5. 5. Halve the nectarines.
  6. 6. Remove the pits from the nectarine halves.
  7. 7. Cut the nectarines into wedges.
  8. 8. Wash the cherries.
  9. 9. Halve the cherries.
  10. 10. Pit the halved cherries.
  11. 11. Rinse the mint briefly under water.
  12. 12. Dry the mint with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Rinse the chili peppers.
  15. 15. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  17. 17. Slice the chili peppers into rings.
  18. 18. Whisk the orange juice, raspberry vinegar, and white wine vinegar together in a bowl.
  19. 19. Add the oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
