🍽️ Zucchini Salad with Duck Breast and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 handful chervil
- 5 zucchini
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 120 g Mimolette
- 150 g smoked duck breast fillet (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chervil under running water.
- 2. Gently dry the greens with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pluck the small leaves off the stems.
- 4. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 5. Cut off the hard ends on both sides.
- 6. Slice the flesh into thin rounds using a vegetable peeler.
- 7. Whisk the vinegar, olive oil, and sugar together in a bowl.
- 8. Add the zucchini slices to the marinade and mix everything well.
- 9. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Let the salad marinate for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Shave the cheese very thinly in the meantime.
- 12. Cut the duck breast into thin strips.
- 13. Mix all prepared ingredients with the marinated zucchini salad.
- 14. Divide the salad onto plates.
- 15. Serve the dish immediately.
