  4. 4. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut off the hard ends on both sides.
  6. 6. Slice the flesh into thin rounds using a vegetable peeler.
  7. 7. Whisk the vinegar, olive oil, and sugar together in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add the zucchini slices to the marinade and mix everything well.
  9. 9. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Let the salad marinate for about 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Shave the cheese very thinly in the meantime.
  12. 12. Cut the duck breast into thin strips.
  13. 13. Mix all prepared ingredients with the marinated zucchini salad.
