🍽️ Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini (approx. 300 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 125 g yogurt
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped walnut kernels
- 8 black olives
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut two nice slices lengthwise, about 2 mm thick. Cut the remaining zucchini into sticks.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the zucchini slices in it until golden brown on both sides. Let them drain on kitchen paper. Sauté the zucchini sticks until golden yellow while stirring, then let them cool.
- 3. Peel the garlic, press it into the yogurt, mix well, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the walnuts and zucchini sticks.
- 4. Shape the zucchini slices into rings, secure them with toothpicks, and arrange on two plates. Fill with the zucchini yogurt and serve decorated with olives.
