Ingredients
- 750 g zucchini
- 2 bunch parsley
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- grated nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends on both sides of the zucchini.
- 3. Slice the zucchini into round slices.
- 4. Cut the slices into long, thin sticks.
- 5. Wash the fresh parsley and dry it.
- 6. Chop the parsley very finely.
- 7. Heat the wok on the stove.
- 8. Add the oil to the hot wok.
- 9. Fry the zucchini sticks for 4 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 10. Fold the chopped parsley into the vegetables.
- 11. Season the dish with salt to taste.
- 12. Add freshly ground pepper.
- 13. Finish the flavor with a pinch of nutmeg.
