  2. 2. Cut off the hard ends on both sides of the zucchini.
  3. 3. Slice the zucchini into round slices.
  4. 4. Cut the slices into long, thin sticks.
  5. 5. Wash the fresh parsley and dry it.
  6. 6. Chop the parsley very finely.
  7. 7. Heat the wok on the stove.
  8. 8. Add the oil to the hot wok.
  9. 9. Fry the zucchini sticks for 4 minutes while stirring constantly.
  10. 10. Fold the chopped parsley into the vegetables.
  11. 11. Season the dish with salt to taste.
  12. 12. Add freshly ground pepper.
  13. 13. Finish the flavor with a pinch of nutmeg.
