  3. 3. Slice the zucchini halves into rounds about 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  6. 6. Add the chopped onion to the hot oil.
  7. 7. Fry the onion until it is soft and translucent.
  8. 8. Add the zucchini slices to the pan.
  9. 9. Fry the zucchini briefly.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the zucchini.
  11. 11. Add the raisins.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the fennel over the mixture.
  13. 13. Season the vegetables with salt.
  14. 14. Season the vegetables with pepper.
  15. 15. Add some lemon juice.
  16. 16. Cover the pan.
