  1. 1. Rinse the rice under running water.
  2. 2. Cook the rice in salted water until it is almost tender.
  3. 3. Drain the rice and let it cool down.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
  5. 5. Gently wash the zucchini blossoms.
  6. 6. Pat the blossoms dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Carefully open the sepals of the blossoms.
  8. 8. Remove the pistils and stamens from the inside of the blossoms.
  9. 9. Place the minced meat into a bowl.
  10. 10. Wash the zucchini.
  11. 11. Remove the tough ends of the zucchini.
  12. 12. Finely chop the zucchini.
  13. 13. Peel the shallot.
  14. 14. Peel the garlic clove.
  15. 15. Finely dice the shallot and garlic.
  16. 16. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the shallot and garlic until translucent.
  18. 18. Add the cooled rice to the pan.
  19. 19. Add the chopped parsley to the pan.
  20. 20. Mix the pan mixture with the minced meat.
  21. 21. Add the chopped zucchini to the minced meat mixture.
  22. 22. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  23. 23. Fill the blossoms with the mixture.
  24. 24. Twist the ends of the blossoms slightly.
  25. 25. Place the stuffed blossoms side by side in an oiled baking dish.
  26. 26. Drizzle the blossoms with olive oil.
  27. 27. Bake the blossoms in the preheated oven until golden brown.
  28. 28. The baking time is 20 to 25 minutes.
