🍽️ Zucchini-Goat Cheese Bites

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary needles
- black pepper (coarsely ground)
- whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin pieces or use a mandoline. Blanch them in boiling salted water for 1 minute, drain, immediately shock in ice water, and let them drain.
- 2. Mix the cream cheese with enough cream until a spreadable consistency is achieved.
- 3. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds, discard the white inner skin, and finely chop it. Combine goat cheese with chili, rosemary, and pepper. Pat the zucchini slices dry, place a bit of cream on top, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks.
- 4. Serve the bites garnished with fresh rosemary.
