  5. 5. Wash the zucchini and remove the hard ends.
  6. 6. Grate the zucchini coarsely.
  7. 7. Rinse the mint under cold water.

  9. 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Finely chop the mint leaves.

  13. 13. Stir the cream cheese smooth with the cream.
  14. 14. Stir the eggs into the cheese-cream mixture.
