🍽️ Grilled Zucchini with Feta and Mint

Ingredients
- 600 g zucchini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 150 g feta (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 2 sprigs mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the zucchini into slices about 0.7 cm thick at an angle.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Mix the chopped garlic with oil, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Brush the zucchini slices with the garlic mixture.
- 7. Let the zucchini marinate for about 1 hour.
- 8. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 9. Wash the mint.
- 10. Shake the mint dry.
- 11. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 12. Preheat the grill.
- 13. Place the zucchini slices on the hot grill grate.
- 14. Grill the zucchini for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 15. Turn the slices while grilling.
- 16. Brush the zucchini with the garlic oil repeatedly during grilling.
- 17. Place the grilled zucchini slices on a plate.
- 18. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the zucchini.
- 19. Garnish the dish with the mint leaves.
- 20. Serve the zucchini immediately.
