  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped garlic with oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Brush the zucchini slices with the garlic mixture.
  7. 7. Let the zucchini marinate for about 1 hour.
  8. 8. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
  9. 9. Wash the mint.
  10. 10. Shake the mint dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  12. 12. Preheat the grill.
  13. 13. Place the zucchini slices on the hot grill grate.
  14. 14. Grill the zucchini for 6 to 8 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the slices while grilling.
  16. 16. Brush the zucchini with the garlic oil repeatedly during grilling.
  17. 17. Place the grilled zucchini slices on a plate.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the zucchini.
