🍽️ Grilled Zucchini with Olive Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 small zucchini
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 100 g black olives
- 3 sprigs lovage
- 2 sprigs basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the zucchini into 1 cm thick rounds.
- 2. Heat a grill pan or a grill.
- 3. Heat clarified butter in the hot pan.
- 4. Grill the zucchini slices briefly on both sides.
- 5. Drain the olives.
- 6. Wash the lovage and the basil.
- 7. Shake the herbs dry.
- 8. Pick the leaves off the stems.
- 9. Mix the herbs with the remaining ingredients.
- 10. Let the mixture marinate for at least 45 minutes.
- 11. Arrange the zucchini on a plate.
- 12. Serve the dish.
