  1. 1. Switch the oven to the grill function and preheat it.
  2. 2. Wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into four strips.
  3. 3. Place the zucchini strips in a baking dish.
  4. 4. Drizzle the zucchini with the olive oil.
  5. 5. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Put the zucchini in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Turn the zucchini occasionally while grilling.
  8. 8. Boil the peas in salted water for about 2 minutes (this is called blanching, i.e., short cooking in boiling water).
  9. 9. Rinse the peas with cold water and let them drain.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  11. 11. Toss the garlic and peas in the hot butter.
  12. 12. Remove the pan from the heat.
  13. 13. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and the rinsed mint leaves.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Distribute the peas in lemon mint butter over the grilled zucchini.
  16. 16. Serve the dish.
