  2. 2. Whisk the flour with 210 milliliters of water until smooth.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with salt and oregano.
  4. 4. Add one teaspoon of garlic powder and one teaspoon of onion powder.
  5. 5. Finish by seasoning with black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Wash the zucchini under running water.
  7. 7. Remove the tough ends of the zucchini.
  8. 8. Cut the zucchini into long, finger-thick sticks.
  9. 9. Dip each zucchini stick one by one into the prepared batter.
  10. 10. Then roll the dipped sticks in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 215 degrees Celsius.
  12. 12. If using fan-assisted mode, set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  13. 13. If using gas, set the level to 3 to 4.
  14. 14. Place the breaded zucchini sticks on a baking sheet.
  15. 15. Bake the sticks in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  16. 16. Put vegan yogurt into a small bowl.
  17. 17. Stir Sriracha chili sauce into the yogurt.
  18. 18. Add some vinegar.
  19. 19. Sweeten the mixture with agave syrup.
  20. 20. Add the remaining garlic powder and onion powder to the dip mixture.
  21. 21. Whisk all dip ingredients together well.
  22. 22. Take the zucchini sticks out of the oven.
  23. 23. Serve the hot sticks together with the spicy dip.
