🍽️ Zucchini Quiche with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 zucchini
- 100 g quark
- 3 eggs
- 100 g grated Gouda
- 200 g whipping cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- butter (for the pan)
- basil (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Let the puff pastry thaw. Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry, and halve them. Wash the zucchini and slice it into thin rounds. Mix the quark with the eggs, cheese, and cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Grease the pan. Roll out the puff pastry, place it in the pan, form a crust, and prick the base several times with a fork.
- 3. Arrange the zucchini slices in a fan shape and place the tomato halves on top with the cut side facing down.
- 4. Pour the quark-cream mixture over everything and bake in a preheated oven (180°) for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Garnish and serve immediately with fresh basil leaves.
