  3. 3. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
  4. 4. Grate the zucchini coarsely using a box grater.
  5. 5. Warm one tablespoon of oil in a pot over low heat.
  6. 6. Add the minced meat to the pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the meat without letting it brown.
  8. 8. Add the grated zucchini to the meat.
  9. 9. Cover the pot.
  10. 10. Let the mixture cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Bring 750 milliliters of water to a boil in a separate pot.
  12. 12. Add the noodles to the boiling water.
  13. 13. Add the sage leaf to the water.
  14. 14. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  15. 15. Drain the noodles.
  16. 16. Let the noodles drip dry in a sieve.
  17. 17. Catch the noodle water in a bowl.
  18. 18. Check if the meat and zucchini mixture is too dry.
  19. 19. Stir in some noodle water if necessary.
  20. 20. Add the noodles to the zucchini and meat mixture.
