  1. 1. Rinse the zucchini thoroughly, halve them lengthwise, remove the inside with a teaspoon, and salt lightly. Mix the minced meat, rice, tomato pieces, garlic, some dill, salt, pepper, one egg, and breadcrumbs well.
  2. 2. Fill the zucchini halves with the mixture. Preheat the oven to 200°. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the stuffed zucchini side by side inside. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  3. 3. Season the yogurt with salt and lemon zest. Stir in the cream. Place 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt on each hot zucchini, sprinkle with fennel fronds, and serve immediately. A fennel salad goes well with this.
