  4. 4. Blanch the tomato briefly in boiling water.
  5. 5. Remove the skin from the tomato.
  6. 6. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
  7. 7. Add the tomato cubes, bread, ground beef, egg, and cheese to a bowl.
  8. 8. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  9. 9. Dry the zucchini.
  10. 10. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Scoop out some flesh from the zucchini halves with a teaspoon.
  12. 12. Season the hollowed zucchini halves with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Finely chop the scooped-out zucchini flesh.
  14. 14. Wash the chili pepper thoroughly.
  15. 15. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  17. 17. Remove the white inner skin of the chili pepper.
  18. 18. Dice the chili pepper into small cubes.
  19. 19. Peel the garlic.
  20. 20. Finely chop the garlic.
  21. 21. Heat oil in a shallow pot or pan.
  22. 22. Sauté the chopped zucchini flesh, onion, garlic, and chili over low heat.

  24. 24. Add half of the mixture to the filling in the bowl.

  26. 26. Sprinkle the remaining onion mixture in the pot with flour.

  31. 31. Place the zucchini halves side by side in the sauce.
  32. 32. Distribute the filling evenly into the zucchini halves.
