  1. 1. Clean the zucchini thoroughly and rinse. Peel the potatoes, rinse them as well, and cut them into small cubes together with the zucchini.
  2. 2. Place the zucchini and potatoes in a pot with a little water and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  3. 3. Puree the potatoes, zucchini, and oat flakes together with the applesauce. Then stir in the rapeseed oil. If the porridge is too thick, add a little water. Check the temperature and serve.
