🍽️ Zucchini-Potato-Oatmeal-Porridge

Ingredients
- 100 g zucchini
- 50 g potatoes
- 10 g oat flakes
- 3.5 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean the zucchini thoroughly and rinse. Peel the potatoes, rinse them as well, and cut them into small cubes together with the zucchini.
- 2. Place the zucchini and potatoes in a pot with a little water and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 3. Puree the potatoes, zucchini, and oat flakes together with the applesauce. Then stir in the rapeseed oil. If the porridge is too thick, add a little water. Check the temperature and serve.
