🍽️ Veal and Zucchini Skewers with Sage

Ingredients
- 600 g veal fillet (ready for cooking)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 bunch sage
- 12 slices Serrano ham
- 2 zucchini
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the veal thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Slice the meat into thin pieces.
- 3. Season the meat slices with salt and pepper.
- 4. Wash the sage leaves and shake off excess water.
- 5. Pluck the individual leaves from the stems.
- 6. Place one sage leaf on each slice of meat.
- 7. Fold the meat slices together with the topping.
- 8. Wrap each meat roll with a slice of bacon.
- 9. Wash the zucchini and remove the hard ends.
- 10. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 11. Thread the meat rolls and zucchini slices alternately onto wooden skewers.
- 12. Preheat a hot stone.
- 13. Grill the skewers on the hot stone.
- 14. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
- 15. Serve the skewers with white bread if desired.
