  5. 5. Pick the thyme leaves off the stems.
  6. 6. Mix the zucchini, thyme, and garlic in a bowl.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. 8. Fry the vegetable mixture in the hot oil.
  9. 9. Fry the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Stir the cream into the eggs.
  13. 13. Season the egg-cream mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini in the pan.
  15. 15. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
  16. 16. Cover the pan.

  18. 18. Place a large plate on top of the pan.
