🍽️ Greek-style Skewers with Fish, Squid, and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 600 g white fish fillet (e.g. cod)
- 200 g squid tubes
- 2 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Rinse the squid under cold water as well.
- 5. Pat the squid dry.
- 6. Cut the squid into wide strips.
- 7. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 8. Trim the ends off the zucchini.
- 9. Slice the zucchini into round slices.
- 10. Peel the onions.
- 11. Cut the onions into rings.
- 12. Place the fish and squid in a bowl.
- 13. Add the lemon juice.
- 14. Season with salt and pepper.
- 15. Sprinkle the fish pieces with oregano.
- 16. Toss the fish pieces in the breadcrumbs until coated.
- 17. Take the soaked wooden skewers.
- 18. Thread the fish, squid, and vegetables onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 19. Drizzle some oil over the skewers.
- 20. Season the skewers again with salt and pepper.
- 21. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 22. Grill the skewers for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 23. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
