🍽️ Pan-fried Zucchini and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g mushrooms
- 0.5 lemon
- 400 g zucchini
- 30 g butter
- 20 g parsley (1 bunch)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and crush it.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms and halve any large ones.
- 4. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle the juice over the mushrooms.
- 5. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice it thinly.
- 6. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
- 7. Sauté the shallots until translucent over medium heat.
- 8. Add the garlic and sauté it briefly.
- 9. Add the zucchini and mushrooms to the pan.
- 10. Fry everything over high heat for about 3 minutes.
- 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley.
- 13. Add the parsley to the pan and fry it for 1 minute.
- 14. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 15. Serve the pan immediately.
