  1. 1. Peel the shallots and slice them into thin rings.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and crush it.
  3. 3. Clean the mushrooms and halve any large ones.
  4. 4. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle the juice over the mushrooms.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice it thinly.
  6. 6. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  7. 7. Sauté the shallots until translucent over medium heat.
  8. 8. Add the garlic and sauté it briefly.
  9. 9. Add the zucchini and mushrooms to the pan.
  10. 10. Fry everything over high heat for about 3 minutes.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  12. 12. Finely chop the parsley.
  13. 13. Add the parsley to the pan and fry it for 1 minute.
  14. 14. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Serve the pan immediately.
