  5. 5. Heat the oil and butter in a pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the onions in the hot fat.
  7. 7. Add the zucchini slices and mushrooms to the pan.
  8. 8. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Season the mixture generously with salt, pepper, and chili.
  10. 10. Whisk the eggs and cream together with a whisk.
  11. 11. Season the egg mixture with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Pour the egg cream over the vegetables in the pan.
  13. 13. Let the frittata set covered over low heat for 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the frittata.
  15. 15. Cook the frittata for another 5 minutes without the lid.
