🍽️ Zucchini and Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 250 g zucchini
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 eggs
- 60 g whipping cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 dried chili pepper (crushed in a mortar)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms.
- 4. Slice the mushrooms as well.
- 5. Heat the oil and butter in a pan.
- 6. Sauté the onions in the hot fat.
- 7. Add the zucchini slices and mushrooms to the pan.
- 8. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
- 9. Season the mixture generously with salt, pepper, and chili.
- 10. Whisk the eggs and cream together with a whisk.
- 11. Season the egg mixture with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.
- 12. Pour the egg cream over the vegetables in the pan.
- 13. Let the frittata set covered over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 14. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the frittata.
- 15. Cook the frittata for another 5 minutes without the lid.
