🥤 Refreshing Zucchini Buttermilk Smoothie

Ingredients
- 150 g zucchini
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 handful mint
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 ml buttermilk
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the zucchini under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough ends of the zucchini.
- 3. Cut the vegetable into small cubes.
- 4. Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
- 5. Add the zucchini cubes to the hot pan.
- 6. Sauté the vegetable over medium heat.
- 7. Rinse the mint under cold water.
- 8. Pluck the fresh mint leaves from the stems.
- 9. Add the mint leaves to the zucchini in the pan.
- 10. Drizzle the mixture with the lime juice.
- 11. Season the whole thing with salt to taste.
- 12. Add freshly ground pepper.
- 13. Transfer all ingredients from the pan into the blender.
- 14. Pour the buttermilk over the other ingredients.
- 15. Blend the mixture until smooth and fine.
- 16. Finally, adjust the drink to taste with salt and pepper.
