🍽️ Making Strawberry Puree

Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (add more or less to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Step 1
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green tops, and let them drain well.
- 3. Step 2
- 4. Cut into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- 5. Step 3
- 6. Blend everything finely using an immersion blender.
- 7. Step 4
- 8. Pour through a fine sieve into another bowl.
- 9. Step 5 and 6
- 10. Press the fruit purée well with a spoon so that only the seeds remain in the sieve.
- 11. Step 7, 8, 9 and
- 12. Sift the powdered sugar over the purée and sweeten to taste.
- 13. Step 10, 11 and 12
- 14. Mix everything well and either use further as desired or serve directly.
