  1. 1. Thoroughly clean the zucchini, rinse, and turn into zoodles using a spiralizer. Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves, chop half finely and set the rest aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in it for 2–3 minutes over medium heat until translucent. Add the ground beef and brown crumbly for 5–7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste and cook briefly, then add the passata. Season with oregano, the chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In another pan, lightly fry the zoodles in the remaining olive oil for 2–3 minutes over medium heat until warm but still al dente. Season with a little salt.
  5. 5. Plate the zucchini noodles and top with the bolognese. Grate the Parmesan over the zoodles with bolognese and garnish with the remaining basil.
