🍽️ Zoodles with Bolognese

Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 Bunch Basil (10 g)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste (à 15 g)
- 200 g Passata
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- 20 g Parmesan (30 % Fett i. Tr.)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly clean the zucchini, rinse, and turn into zoodles using a spiralizer. Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves, chop half finely and set the rest aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in it for 2–3 minutes over medium heat until translucent. Add the ground beef and brown crumbly for 5–7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the tomato paste and cook briefly, then add the passata. Season with oregano, the chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 4. In another pan, lightly fry the zoodles in the remaining olive oil for 2–3 minutes over medium heat until warm but still al dente. Season with a little salt.
- 5. Plate the zucchini noodles and top with the bolognese. Grate the Parmesan over the zoodles with bolognese and garnish with the remaining basil.
