  1. 1. Add the oat flakes together with milk, water or a plant-based drink and a pinch of salt to a small pot, bring to a brief boil and then simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini thoroughly, peel it and grate it finely using a grater.
  3. 3. Add the grated zucchini to the pot with the oat flakes and mix everything well and warm briefly. In the meantime, peel the banana and slice it.
  4. 4. Serve the finished zoats in two bowls for breakfast and decorate with almonds, banana slices and almond butter.
