Ingredients
- 100 g finely textured oat flakes
- 200 ml water or milk (3.5% fat) (or plant-based milk)
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g zucchini
- 1 banana
- 30 g sliced almond kernels (2 tbsp)
- 30 g almond butter (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Add the oat flakes together with milk, water or a plant-based drink and a pinch of salt to a small pot, bring to a brief boil and then simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini thoroughly, peel it and grate it finely using a grater.
- 3. Add the grated zucchini to the pot with the oat flakes and mix everything well and warm briefly. In the meantime, peel the banana and slice it.
- 4. Serve the finished zoats in two bowls for breakfast and decorate with almonds, banana slices and almond butter.
