🍰 Citrus Quark with Coconut

Ingredients
- 50 g coconut chips
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 400 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- 1. Toast the coconut chips in a pan without added fat until golden brown.
- 2. Take half of the toasted coconut chips and chop them coarsely.
- 3. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit thoroughly to remove all white pith.
- 4. Cut the segments out of the fruit flesh and catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 5. Squeeze the remaining fruit pulp to extract the rest of the juice.
- 6. Stir the yogurt with the quark, the collected juice, and the sugar until the mixture is smooth.
- 7. Fold the chopped coconut chips into the quark mixture.
- 8. Divide the quark mixture evenly among four small bowls.
- 9. Garnish the quark portions with the orange and grapefruit segments.
- 10. Sprinkle the remaining coconut chips over the finished desserts.
