  1. 1. Squeeze the lemons and limes. Put the juice into a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour in 500 milliliters of cold water.
  3. 3. Add the mint.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl.
  5. 5. Let the mixture steep overnight.
  6. 6. Heat the sugar with 120 milliliters of water in a pot.
  7. 7. Let the mixture boil for five minutes.
  8. 8. Let the syrup cool down.
  9. 9. Pour the lemon juice through a sieve into a jug.
  10. 10. Add the cooled sugar syrup.
  11. 11. Stir everything well.
  12. 12. Rinse the unwaxed lemon and lime with hot water.
  13. 13. Cut the fruits into wedges.
  14. 14. Add the fruit wedges and ice cubes to the jug.
  15. 15. Serve the lemonade immediately.
