  2. 2. Remove all white pith from the fruit while peeling.
  3. 3. Carefully cut out the fillets along the membranes.
  4. 4. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
  5. 5. Squeeze the remaining fruit pieces to extract the last drops of juice.
  6. 6. Whisk the collected fruit juice with Grand Marnier and honey.
  7. 7. Add the citrus fillets to the dressing mixture.
  8. 8. Gently fold the fillets in so they do not break apart.
  9. 9. Let the salad marinate for about 1 hour.
  10. 10. Serve the salad in small bowls.
  11. 11. Sprinkle it with pistachios.
  12. 12. Garnish the dish with fresh mint.
