🍽️ Fresh Citrus Fruit Salad with Honey Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 blood oranges
- 2 oranges
- 40 ml Grand Marnier
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the citrus fruits completely using a sharp knife.
- 2. Remove all white pith from the fruit while peeling.
- 3. Carefully cut out the fillets along the membranes.
- 4. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 5. Squeeze the remaining fruit pieces to extract the last drops of juice.
- 6. Whisk the collected fruit juice with Grand Marnier and honey.
- 7. Add the citrus fillets to the dressing mixture.
- 8. Gently fold the fillets in so they do not break apart.
- 9. Let the salad marinate for about 1 hour.
- 10. Serve the salad in small bowls.
- 11. Sprinkle it with pistachios.
- 12. Garnish the dish with fresh mint.
