🍽️ Fruity Warm Citrus Punch

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chamomile tea
- 1 untreated lemon
- 2 lemons
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- honey (to taste)
- chamomile flower (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Place the tea bags or loose tea leaves into a teapot.
- 2. Bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 3. Let the boiling water cool down for a short moment so it is no longer bubbling hot.
- 4. Pour the warm water over the tea in the teapot.
- 5. Cover the teapot and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Wash the unwaxed lemon under hot water and dry it thoroughly.
- 7. Grate the fine orange part of the lemon peel using a grater to obtain the zest.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from all the lemons, the grapefruit, and the orange.
- 9. Pour the freshly squeezed fruit juice into a large pitcher.
- 10. Pour the finished tea through a fine mesh strainer into the pitcher with the fruit juice to remove tea leaves or bags.
- 11. Add the previously grated lemon zest to the pitcher.
- 12. Sweeten the punch to your liking with honey and stir well.
- 13. Pour the beverage into individual glasses.
- 14. Garnish the glasses with chamomile flowers and serve the punch warm.
