🍰 Citrus Jelly with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients
- 4 Grapefruits
- 2 Oranges
- 80 g Sugar
- 7 Leaves Gelatin
- 125 ml Orange Liqueur
- 50 g Powdered Sugar
- 1 Orange
- 400 g Strawberries
Instructions
- 1. Peel the grapefruit and the oranges.
- 2. Cut the segments out of the fruit flesh.
- 3. Catch the escaping juice in a bowl.
- 4. Squeeze the remaining fruit flesh to extract the last juice.
- 5. Sprinkle the fruit flesh with the sugar.
- 6. Let the fruits marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 8. Puree the orange fruit flesh.
- 9. Add the caught juice and the orange liqueur.
- 10. Top up the mixture with liquid until you have 1/2 liter.
- 11. Heat the liquid slightly.
- 12. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 13. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm liquid.
- 14. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 15. Remove the green stems and leaves (hull).
- 16. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 17. Put the strawberry pieces into the glasses.
- 18. Fill the glasses with the grapefruit liquid.
- 19. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
