  1. 1. Peel the grapefruit and the oranges.
  2. 2. Cut the segments out of the fruit flesh.
  3. 3. Catch the escaping juice in a bowl.
  4. 4. Squeeze the remaining fruit flesh to extract the last juice.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the fruit flesh with the sugar.
  6. 6. Let the fruits marinate for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  8. 8. Puree the orange fruit flesh.
  9. 9. Add the caught juice and the orange liqueur.
  10. 10. Top up the mixture with liquid until you have 1/2 liter.
  11. 11. Heat the liquid slightly.
  12. 12. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  13. 13. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm liquid.
  14. 14. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  15. 15. Remove the green stems and leaves (hull).
  16. 16. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  17. 17. Put the strawberry pieces into the glasses.
  18. 18. Fill the glasses with the grapefruit liquid.
  19. 19. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
