  1. 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  2. 2. Remove the pulp from both citrus fruits and cut it into coarse chunks.
  3. 3. Mix the fruit pulp with sugar and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Let the mixture marinate for one hour.
  5. 5. Then puree the marinated fruit pulp.
  6. 6. Press the puree through a fine sieve into a bowl.
  7. 7. Top up the bowl with the remaining juice until you have the desired amount.
  8. 8. Squeeze out the soaked gelatin and dissolve it in a hot water bath.
  9. 9. Take some of the grapefruit sauce and mix it with the dissolved gelatin.
  10. 10. Stir the gelatin mixture into the remaining sauce.
  11. 11. Taste the jelly and sweeten it further if needed.
  12. 12. Let the mixture cool down until it starts to set.
  13. 13. Pour the jelly into a large, decorative bowl.
  14. 14. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about four hours.
