🥤 Fresh Citrus Soy Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 stalks lemon balm
- 1 large pink grapefruit (preferably organic)
- 400 g small pomelo (1 small pomelo)
- 200 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 4 tsp agave syrup
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon balm thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the lemon balm dry.
- 3. Set the lemon balm aside.
- 4. Rinse the grapefruit under hot water.
- 5. Dry the grapefruit with a cloth.
- 6. Cut the grapefruit in half.
- 7. Cut two thin slices from the grapefruit.
- 8. Squeeze the rest of the grapefruit.
- 9. Cut the pomelo in half.
- 10. Squeeze the pomelo.
- 11. Pour both fruit juices into a blender.
- 12. Add the soy drink to the mixer.
- 13. Add the agave syrup to the mixer.
- 14. Add the ice cubes to the mixer.
- 15. Blend the ingredients briefly.
- 16. Pour the drink into glasses.
- 17. Place the lemon balm stems in the glasses.
- 18. Attach a grapefruit slice to the rim of each glass.
