  1. 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.

  3. 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
  5. 5. Halve the grapefruits.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruits.
  7. 7. Pour the grapefruit juice into a tall container.
  8. 8. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  9. 9. Dry the cucumber.
  10. 10. Cut off a piece of the cucumber about five centimeters long.
  11. 11. Slice this cucumber piece into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Halve the rest of the cucumber lengthwise.
  13. 13. Remove the inside of the cucumber halves using a teaspoon.
  14. 14. Dice the deseeded cucumber flesh.
  15. 15. Add the diced cucumber to the grapefruit juice.
  16. 16. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  17. 17. Dry the lemon.
  18. 18. Slice one third of the lemon into thin rounds.
  19. 19. Squeeze the rest of the lemon.
  20. 20. Add the lemon juice to the grapefruit-cucumber mixture.
  21. 21. Puree the grapefruit-cucumber mixture finely with a hand blender.
  22. 22. Mix the puree well.
  23. 23. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  24. 24. Top up the bowl with mineral water.
  25. 25. Stir in the cucumber and lemon slices.
  26. 26. Stir in the mint strips.
  27. 27. Serve the bowl.
