🥤 Fresh Citrus Cucumber Refresher

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs mint
- 600 g grapefruit (2 grapefruits)
- 500 g cucumber (1 cucumber)
- 1 large organic lemon
- 200 ml mineral water (with carbonation; ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
- 5. Halve the grapefruits.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruits.
- 7. Pour the grapefruit juice into a tall container.
- 8. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 9. Dry the cucumber.
- 10. Cut off a piece of the cucumber about five centimeters long.
- 11. Slice this cucumber piece into thin rounds.
- 12. Halve the rest of the cucumber lengthwise.
- 13. Remove the inside of the cucumber halves using a teaspoon.
- 14. Dice the deseeded cucumber flesh.
- 15. Add the diced cucumber to the grapefruit juice.
- 16. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 17. Dry the lemon.
- 18. Slice one third of the lemon into thin rounds.
- 19. Squeeze the rest of the lemon.
- 20. Add the lemon juice to the grapefruit-cucumber mixture.
- 21. Puree the grapefruit-cucumber mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 22. Mix the puree well.
- 23. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- 24. Top up the bowl with mineral water.
- 25. Stir in the cucumber and lemon slices.
- 26. Stir in the mint strips.
- 27. Serve the bowl.
